Pffft time files so freakin fast! It's the second month already, and it's almost Spring. Well, you know since I'm living in the 2-seasons country, the season I was referring to is my so-called season in clothing actually.

I'd say, every piece of clothing you're having and wearing is an investment of your lifetime. It's the little thing that most people, most of the time, tend to disregard but has huge role in placing where you are in life. Someone wise said those to me once, and couldn't agree beyond more on that.

Oh aaaannnd, you guys should know that I have this amazing opportunity to do a collar with the HIPPEST (yes, with capitals) local brand ever!! GREEDYSASSY x LOOKIMNOTAFLUKE is available on my L.I.N.F. web and ready for you to buy. Those are my littluns down there, I made them with love for you! Hope you'd drop by and checkity check it out! Midsummer Magic

Summer definitely become my second best time of the year- after Christmas obviously, simply because there are lots of cute sleeveless tops and shorts available on most stores, since where I lives, we have Summer (read: hot days) for the entire year. :')

I have this neon vest since like two summers ago, yet I never wear it coz it's (the color) too bold. Guess I have to go all the way neon to make it works, just practically like I wore on this post. I think nothing could be anymore bright and bold in the green-ish outdoor music festivals- which has been going on all weeks since early June in my town, than a neon salmon vest with a hot pink fringe top and neon green bag. The colors scream out the summer excitement well enough, don't you think?

It is one of my biggest daydream to go to Coachella Music fest. Since it's millions of miles away from where I stay, and the flight fare is super expensive for me to pay, all I do is just wish upon the midsummer stars and hope for one day I can be there- and save some money of course. ;) But hell yeah I do went to local music festivals in town. I don't know how many of you know this, but I enjoy Indie music (particularly Rock and Folks) a lot more rather than the others. Speaking of which, I think you guise should listen to these two that has been on repeat to my ears this month:

Oh and, I have the satchel neon bag as one of the awesome prize for winning the Window Styling Competition for NYLON X TOPSHOP Festival Party several weeks ago. I'll share the details to you on next post. ;)

Have yourself a midsummer magic like I do, fellas!

Teary Eye In Soft Grunge

Hey y'guys!

I've been put this post in pending for like almost 3 weeks now. Gah! I'm completely terribly utterly have no excuse for this. Guilty as charged, I'm a lousy blogger ever. I've been promoted to a new position at my office, so things got pretty out of hand between life, love, and blog lately. (Didn't I say I have no excuse? :p)

Now now, I was pretty much obsessed with eyeball stuffs. From bracelet to printed tees, from rings, headpiece and other accessories to printed tights. So here I was, eyeballing my weekend outfit.

Oh and this is the last time you're seeing my super long hair. My hairstylist cut it shorter last Sunday, and he re-curled my hair too! (See how's my new hair looks on my Instagram, HERE!)

Aand, I got featured along with amazing fashion bloggers on YOURNEXTJACKET.COM. Do read it up HERE or just click on the image below. ;D PS: this site is a part of 'Your Next Ensemble.com' fashion site, which is a cool abode for you who loves to lurk on specific ensembles like shoes, jacket, handbag, dress, boots, etc. Click away!

Girlband Grunge

Hi and hellow!

It's mundane Monday again. But posting this outfit def boost my spirit up. So currently I've been obsessed over everything grunge and related to the 'rockin' looks. Well actually I love this particular style since more than I can remember, but you know, when something you liked become trends and most shops sell the style, you kinda 're-obsessed' with it- since it's now so easy to culled items for that particular style. You guys agree?

And when I wondered around few online stores, I finally found this perfect statement spike headband from ROMWE. Think it would be great to incorporated some punkish look over my grunge haul. ;) I got this oversized boyfriend denim jacket from a vintage thrift market, and it's def my forever favorite piece hanging on my closet. It's a bit heavy- since it's very much oversized on my body, but it so comfortable to put on in windy days such nowadays. One of my fave grunge haul is this church mosaic printed design dress, which I bought also from ROMWE- just thank God they have free shipping worldwide! ;D I think it added a great interpretation of my own girly-ness in this grunge look. And to complete it all I put on not one, but two of this spike rings from my ultra cool sponsor, BL!NG.
ps: their Rock'a'Rolla collection is super awesome! I'm def drooling over almost every piece on that collection!

So I think this outfit would rocks the night out when I just hanging out with some  boy friends to an indie band gig. I used to dream to be a vocalist of a cool indie band, and this outfit would makes me like one. But what can I say, guess my singing voice would only be great to hear during my shower. ;p

Ola beautiful people!!

I got a haircut last weekend, whereafter I had a nice family time back in my hometown. It's been a while since my last visit to my parents house, and I kinda missed my dogs and places I usually took my self outfit photos. So there I was, having a little picnic and a sisters bonding time in one fine afternoon. I just made the garlands for my new upcoming collection in Woodland Faerie around noon and decided to wear one. Ps: you can now order this baby by sending me an email. :)

Speaking about my hair. What do you think, guys? I have this huge crush over Zooey Deschanel on New Girl series, and that includes her outfit and her hair. So I decided to have a full blunt bangs, which I think kinda creates a retro looks on me, while next week I'm planning to re-curl my hair up. I case ya'll doesn't know, my natural hair is pretty thick and straight. I've been permanently curling my hair every year since high school.

Then back again to the picnic land that afternoon with my sister. We were self-amusing our self by watching an old (we're guessing) and super long earthworm crossing the road from one side to the other. Too bad we forgot to snap a picture of the earthworm with our camera. :( But, I did took some shots of my sister and her outfit in our little picnic land. Oh, and I just love her glasses. in fact, I bought it from Bershka just before I went to my parents house, but since I was in hurry I didn't try it on properly. My face is just too big for them! Argh! What a shame. So, I gave it to her instead. :)

To close this week's post, I'd love to share you couple of inspiration. So I've made this illustration  for Mei's blog of Girl with Plastic Camera out of her photo, whereas I had the opportunity to took part in her blog project. So happy that she love my hand-drawn illustration. Yay!

The second inspiration came from this MEGA AH-MAZING band called Walk Off The Earth (WOTE and the Beard Guy)! I love the originality of their ideas and how they interpret their creativity in a simplest way that people usually never think of. Go watch and subs right away fellas!

At the very very last, I would want to say something to all the underdogs wherever you are (and that including myself). Upon my days I witnesses that there are more and more people who are and who will underestimating you. Trying to run to other people, even the parents, is just as worthless and disappointing as saying 'I can' to those people who underestimating you. Yet you know what? Run to God is another way around. I had a pretty rough days to start the week, and people, whoever they are, are just big disappointment. So if I can say a bit advise as your friend, when things get bad, try to shut your mouth, share is to no one, and pray inside your heart. I bet no matter how short your prayer is, He listens. Then before you know it, things will get better eventually. :) After praying, thing I loves to do after is blogging. And here I am, smiling and cheered up to receive your meaningful support to this blog. I'm also happy to tell you that I've been featured as Stylist of the Week by StyleSays. If you're a self-claimed stylist, like me, you will love this fashion site. Plus it's a great great way to promote ourself! So click the link without a doubt guys! ;)
