Here, Batter Batter

Well here, batter batter batter!

Now this (the outfit) is just how you distract the batter from the game! ;p

You see, I bet you've experienced one of those what I called fashioincidence when you bought more than two- or more, items in one style. Well I recently just did. I just got a sudden inspiration from current sporty fashion trend as you may already seen on many fashion platform that people ditch the heels and wear running or training shoes, Converse or Keds instead, just like its glory days in late 80s to the 90s.

I'm not keen on baseball things, so little did I know, I think the hat and the shirt should not be worn together. I mean, I don't even know if that H stands for any baseball team who happens to be in rival to Jefferson's Wildcats. ;p Hope someone pardon my ignorance to wear em both anyways.

And I rarely do this, sharing my current wishlist, but here I am now. My recent sport inspired wishlist in festive colors to perhaps inspiring your next shopping and outfit pull up:

1. PERSUNMALL Eyeball sweater 2. CARHART unisex beanie 3. PERSUNMALL Palm crop tee
4. NEW LOOK Black-gold skinny strap watch 5. PERSUNMALL Yellow chiffon short
6. PERSUNMALL Rainbow sneakers

PS: I'm about to start my DIY project again and selling out my style! Wonder what that means? Hope you're willing enough to follow my Twitter: @VoguishDoodles and/or my Instagram: @lizelisabeth. Yes, I'll be selling some stuff thru my Instagram account. :)

Galactic Cat Fight

Whoahellow!

How you guys been doing? Oh and for those who's fasting, may ya'll be blessed with His strength until the end of month. Really can't wait to celebrate with you guys. :)

Cut to the chase, I've been enjoying boyish look lately. I just pull up sneakers or Converse with almost everything to everywhere. And this was my office look couples days ago. But you guys know me that I can never loose my girly-ness on my every outfit. Think nothing's cuter than black on black in minis. I pulled together the easy two-pieces outfit with an ombre tights gifted from a friend, and my new fave angry-cat printed canvas bag. You guys notice the cat's tail hanging over my shoulder?

Aaaand, gotta share this with you. Last month I got the wonderful opportunity to be a stylist for a gospel band's music video. Their production was really huge I can say. It was such a great chance for me to meet many professionals on the scene. It was also my first time experience to ever styled more than 20 people all at once. Their concept was so much fun: it's retro! And the place we shoot the video was the cutest ever. Here, go play their video!

PS: If you haven't know this yet, I'm on Instagram now! ;D

I thank the world to you guys for reading, and until next post, toodles-doodles!

Midsummer Magic

Summer definitely become my second best time of the year- after Christmas obviously, simply because there are lots of cute sleeveless tops and shorts available on most stores, since where I lives, we have Summer (read: hot days) for the entire year. :')

I have this neon vest since like two summers ago, yet I never wear it coz it's (the color) too bold. Guess I have to go all the way neon to make it works, just practically like I wore on this post. I think nothing could be anymore bright and bold in the green-ish outdoor music festivals- which has been going on all weeks since early June in my town, than a neon salmon vest with a hot pink fringe top and neon green bag. The colors scream out the summer excitement well enough, don't you think?

It is one of my biggest daydream to go to Coachella Music fest. Since it's millions of miles away from where I stay, and the flight fare is super expensive for me to pay, all I do is just wish upon the midsummer stars and hope for one day I can be there- and save some money of course. ;) But hell yeah I do went to local music festivals in town. I don't know how many of you know this, but I enjoy Indie music (particularly Rock and Folks) a lot more rather than the others. Speaking of which, I think you guise should listen to these two that has been on repeat to my ears this month:

Oh and, I have the satchel neon bag as one of the awesome prize for winning the Window Styling Competition for NYLON X TOPSHOP Festival Party several weeks ago. I'll share the details to you on next post. ;)

Have yourself a midsummer magic like I do, fellas!

D for Denim

Hi ho!

I might say I've managed to improve myself as a good blogger pretty dang well lately. Guess it's all because of each giant support and flying love from ya'll to my blog really! You guys inspire me. A lot. So I thank the world to you, and that wouldn't be enough I know.

Today outfit post is a DIY look I pulled off, wearing my current fave OVERSIZED DENIM SACK-DRESS from my new sponsor CHOIES. I'm just super in love with it's eclectic design with the embroidery tiger head, and most eminently, the wide sack-shape cutting that makes it-- what the right words are, one of a kind. I was actually wearing the dress in reversed because I'd like to show off the tiger and stars up front.

I decided to went all the way eclectic and pair the dress up with my DIY lips tights, small sling bag and my comfortable creepers.

Oh and if I can share with you one thing, I'm a BIG sucker for online shops that has FREE SHIPPING offer!   As you guys know- if you happens to live in the same country as mine, the taxation in here is quite sh**ty. The custom guy can give you random amount for the incoming tax as there are no clear rules and regulation about international shipping here. So free shipping offer def reduce the total money I have to spend on the items I want to buy. And CHOIES is def one worthy shop that provides that offer.

Hey guys,

Just a quick post today. :) I'm pretty much inspired by gunslinger movies. You know, cowboys and guns. And Clint Eastwood. I think beardy man with guns and wide-brim hat is just incredibly hot. ;p

Cropped Sister

Ahoy there!

Guess I'm crawling back down from the 'lousy blogger' status, since I posted more frequent now. ;p

So God is so good to me- as He always been since I first breathing. There're just  too many great things came in my life recently. I've got a new promotion at work, new friends- lots of them, new wonderful partner in love, new sponsors for the blog, new magazine features, and just when I thought that's enough, I got the chance to be involved in to a Christian music-video production where I was asked to be their stylist. It was a wonderful experience with them and just cannot wait to share the mv with you guys once it's released!

Moving on to my outfit, as what's this personal style blog about, latterly I just so crazily, stupidly in love with cropped top- and just about anything cropped for my top! ;D You guys would probably realized that already from my previous posts that I've been wearing lots of them. And to tell you the truth, I've been piling quite a lot more on my closet. So as I dropped into this one new local label, leonyevelyn, I fell in love quite instantly with their cropped corduroy floral blazer! Well to say that cropped blazer kinda hard to pulled off to most outfits, I'm not necessarily agree. I think it goes well with maxi dresses, and perhaps like my outfit, 'cropped-on-cropped' might be another options. For more subsided look, unlike me, you could hid your belly-button by wearing high-waisted skirt or pants or short and still showing just a little bit of skin around your upper tummy with that cropped-on-cropped ensemble. Maybe I could show you some DIY looks with this cropped blazer/top on another outfit post, you know… just another ideas to pull of cropped outfit. ;)

[ LEONYEVELYN CLOTHING cropped corduroy floral blazer - TOPSHOP black cropped top - H&M burgundy belt - LODELIS WEBSTORE pastel pink polkadots jeans - Dr Martens pink hincky boots - SWATCH transparent watch - KEEN-ETHIC temporary tattoo - BL!NG silver necklace ]

I've been wearing this cropped corduroy floral blazer quite a lot. I mean, the fact that my fave fabric on my fave type of outfit, just literally a giant love for me. It kinda rounded up my style pretty much: corduroy for the ultimate retro vibes, florals for my hippy entities, and most importantly, black for my grunge compulsion. My admiration goes to the designer, Evelyn, behind the label for making that piece definitely with love. For you who love girly-fitted dresses, tops, and outers with unique twist on it, just click over their site HERE and buy some looks!

Oh also, this is the first ever feature post on my blog! ;D Meet this unique-styled girl, whom I met through blogging, Iness of aiiness.com. We kinda made a sudden appointment for an outfit shoot together, and without any arrangement before, we both wearing florals and cropped top! How crazy is that coincidence?! Lol. Go to her blog right away to check out what she wore. And trillion thanks to my yakuza-looking dude / colleague, William Permana, who spared his Sunday time with me and Iness. Ps: Check out his fashion snap-shots on his tumblr, hampirvampir.

Aaand, last but not least, I (or we) got featured home page on Chictopia yesterday for this outfit under Cropped Tops section! ;D Oh, so happy! Thanks to leonyevelyn for this sponsored outfit-post!

Until next post, toodles-doodles!
